Recipe: Semolina Nuggets

This recipe is positioned at the top of my 'All-time Favourite Snacks' list. Easy to prepare and yummy as hell-this recipe was taught to me by my mother and it was always known to me as a family recipe. However, I believed that the recipe was quite common, but after looking for it in the internet I couldn't find it posted anywhere; although I'm sure almost all the households of Bangladesh has tried these nuggets for at least once in their life.     A few days ago, I entered the kitchen after a long time. The good news is, I have moved on to actual curry from all the light snacks I've been preparing so far. Here are some shots of the dishes I have prepared recently: Egg Curry : I don't know if it should be called egg curry at all. We call it 'Dim Bhuna' in our local language. I'm gonna search the internet, take pr...

So I downloaded some recipes and gave it a try. Though not very successful, my foods were edible indeed :D Potatoes This is called 'Aloo Chop' in our local language. First, I boiled some potatoes and mashed them. Then I mixed some spices with it and fried them in oil. Ready to serve :D Bread with Egg Coating This is nothing special, I learned it from my mother who once was trying to make eggs look good so that we would eat it :D I first took breads and cut them according to the shape I preferred (e.g. squares, triangles etc). Then I took eggs, added chopped onions and green chillies, sprinkled some salt, mixed them well and then dipped the breads in the mixture and on fried them (in a little oil) until the egg was cooked well. Instant Soup ...
