My First Step Towards The Kitchen :D

I'm not much of a cooker, when it comes to cooking, most of the time I'm like "feeling sick..." and "not enough energy...". But I started to take it pretty seriously a couple of weeks ago. So I downloaded some recipes and gave it a try. Though not very successful, my foods were edible indeed :D

Potatoes

This is called 'Aloo Chop' in our local language. First, I boiled some potatoes and mashed them. Then I mixed some spices with it and fried them in oil. Ready to serve :D

Bread with Egg Coating

This is nothing special, I learned it from my mother who once was trying to make eggs look good so that we would eat it :D
I first took breads and cut them according to the shape I preferred (e.g. squares, triangles etc). Then I took eggs, added chopped onions and green chillies, sprinkled some salt, mixed them well and then dipped the breads in the mixture and on fried them (in a little oil) until the egg was cooked well.

Instant Soup

Um...no. I didn't have to do literally ANYTHING to prepare this. I poured the content into normal temperature water and put it on the stove, added butter, and got it prepared after cooking for 5 minutes. All I did was stir it for the whole 5 minutes. Phew! So much hard work :P

Something Random

I prepared this one day when I was hungry and mom wasn't home. Just fried eggs and some french fries. Totally random :D

I'm just a beginner at cooking, but really hoping to improve soon. I'm about to move on to fried chicken, veg curry, chicken curry, fried rice etc. When I prepare something that's worth even looking at, I'll sure remember to post the picz here :D
